Frequently Asked Questions

Each repair has a minimum charge of $80.00.

The minimum charge includes us booking in the repair and working on the item for 1 hour!

During the first hour, we can diagnose any issues with the item and start the repair.

After the first hour, we charge $77 per hour.

We also, of course, charge you for parts that we need and any courier costs.

Well, it depends. Most of the time, we will. However, sometimes, it isn’t possible. We also let customers know when we use a refurbished or reused part.

On drop off, we ask for the minimum charge ($80) for most items. You can pay via Cash or Card (Credit or EFTPOS).

 

Credit Cards attrach a surcharge (depending on the card type).

It depends on the job! We can only give you a answer once we have seen the item.

Some items, we have parts on stock however most there is a waiting time for parts.

Yeah, you sure can! We have a good amount of hire stock of DJ Gear, Speakers, all that jazz…. Even lights!

If you don’t want to drive to us, we can always courier stuff around. We also have pick up services if requried.

In a word: flexible!

Our standard opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.

However, if this doesn’t work for you, contact our office! Our team is often at the office late a few days a week.
