How much will it cost to fix my gear?

Each repair has a minimum charge of $90.00.

The minimum charge includes us booking in the repair and working on the item for 1 hour!

During the first hour, we can diagnose any issues with the item and start the repair.

After the first hour, we charge $100 per hour.   (Our hourly rate is charged in half hour blocks)

We also, of course, charge you for parts that we need and any courier costs.

Will you use original replacement parts?

Well, it depends. Most of the time, we will. However, sometimes, it isn’t possible. We also let customers know when we use a refurbished or reused part.

How do I pay for the repair?

On drop off, we ask for the minimum charge ($90) for most items. You can pay via Cash or Card (Credit or EFTPOS).

Credit Cards attrach a surcharge (depending on the card type).

How long do repairs take?

It depends on the job! We can only give you a answer once we have seen the item.

Some items, we have parts in stock however most there is a waiting time for parts.

Can I hire equipment from you while I get my gear fixed?

Yeah, you sure can! We have a good amount of hire stock of DJ Gear, Speakers, all that jazz…. Even lights, screens, truss and foggers.

We even have a large log for hire!

Where is your workshop located?

4/16 Industry Blvd Carrum Downs.

If you don’t want to drive to us, we can always courier stuff around. We also have pick up services if requried.

What hours are we open?

In a word: flexible!

Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. Saturday 11 am to 4 pm.

However, if this doesn’t work for you, contact our office! Our team is often at the office late a few days a week.
