Alternatively, we can arrange a collection and pickup from one of our staff, or if you’re really out of the way our Courier partner Couriers Please.  You are also welcome to send your goods to us with your own courier company.

Please remember all items should be packaged in their original box if available and packaged in bubble wrap.

Any leads or power cables that came with your product should also be supplied along with any user manuals or accessories such as remotes.

Our standard opening hours are 10am to 6pm – Monday to Friday,   Saturday 11am to 4pm

We are open for Pickups & drops between the hours listed.

It is still recommended that you call and organize a time for us to ensure your equipment is ready to leave us.

*We do have opening hours, but there is crew working most days, most hours. Give us a call. Chances are, we will be in.

Bill shock is never nice! That’s why we are upfront with our prices.

Today, you will be required to pay a $90 booking fee. 

By paying the booking fee, you understand that we will repair your device up to your repair limit.

Our hourly rate is charged in half-hour blocks. ($50.00 per half hour)

We stock heaps of spare parts for common gear. Some stuff we can give a rough estimate for, but we can’t give a quote until your piece of equipment is on the workbench.

The booking fee must be paid before work is started on your item unless it is a warranty claim. If this is a warranty claim, please call our office.
